It's perfect for us.
We were offered incredibly nice breakfast options with gluten free options. The location was great and comfortable, not far from the train station and airport shuttle, the Termini stn and buses metro train to all over the Rome.

The location was bangin' right next to Roma Termini, so we had no trouble hoppin' on trains and exploring the city. There were mad options for places to grub nearby, and the attractions were all within easy reach. The room was on fleek, just like in the pics, with comfy beds and A/C that kept us chill. The bathroom was hella clean, and the breakfast spread was legit - from delish croissants to bomb coffee, they had it all. The staff was super attentive too, making it an epic stay for us and our squad. This place is totally worth the cash, no cap!
The only thing we could ask for to make our epic stay even betta would be more party vibes. Like, it'd be off the chain if they had a cool hangout spot where we could chill and vibe with other young peeps.

I recently stayed at B&B Federica's House in Rome for 3 nights. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the central station and public transportation options to explore the city. Despite being off the main street, it was surprisingly quiet. The money to value ratio was excellent, and the breakfast buffet, though small, had everything I needed to start my day. I highly recommend this lovely bed and breakfast for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Rome.
I do recommend this hotel.

The decoration at the B&B was lovely, with a cozy and homely feel. The furniture and decor had a charming vintage touch, making me feel like I was staying in a classic Italian home. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere. As a senior person, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to move around with my walking aid.
I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could assist more with carrying luggage.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection of food and drinks, and I especially enjoyed the fresh bakery products. the location of the hotel was convenient, with two metro stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city.
The neighborhood where the hotel is located was a bit unsettling. There were a lot of immigrants and workers from different countries, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
